A braiding appointment lasts hours, and what fills them is not gossip. It is life — work, family, faith, rest, what you are carrying and how you are really doing. The SheBraidedMe Series films some of those conversations, with the women having them.

- You can say no. And once you’ve agreed to take part, you can always stop taking part in future filming, and Annel shows you every video before it’s published so you get the final say.
- It has nothing to do with your booking. Your appointment is exactly the same whether you take part or not.
