Questions and the fine print

We hold your contact details, appointment history, payment references and any photos or consultation answers you give us — and nothing else.

We use them to run your booking and to contact you about your appointment. We do not sell them or share them for marketing.

Health information from a consultation form is treated as sensitive: it is encrypted, restricted to Annel, and deleted after three years.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing annelsbeautyhouse@gmail.com.

Your appointment is a request until your deposit is confirmed. A 30% deposit secures the slot.

Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule — tell us as early as you can and we will move you to another slot.

Please send your deposit within 24 hours of booking. Slots without a deposit after 24 hours may be released to someone else.

Use your booking reference when you transfer, so we can match your payment to your appointment.

The balance is paid after your hair, unless you chose to transfer the full amount up front.

A plan is paid up front and covers the sessions listed for that plan over its term.

Sessions are booked the same way as any other appointment, and used within the plan term.

Tell us as early as you can if you need to move a session. A session missed without notice counts as used.

Whether a plan can be paused or transferred depends on the plan — the details are on the plan itself.

Any reference photo you send is stored privately and used only to prepare for your appointment.

We never publish a photo of you or your hair without your explicit permission.

You can ask us to delete your photos at any time.

Home appointments start from 11:00. If you choose a home visit, we will place you at or after that time.

If you would rather be seen at home between 7:00am and 10:30am, there is an additional £40 early-morning home service fee.

You are welcome at the Slough studio between 7:00am and 10:30am at no extra cost.

Travel is charged by area and is shown to you before you book. Some further areas are quoted after booking rather than priced up front.

Please make sure someone is home and the space is ready at your appointment time.

Children aged 6 to 10 are £45 for all styles.

A parent or guardian must be present for the whole appointment.

Lash, brow and skin treatments need a short consultation form before your appointment. We send you a private link when you book.

The form asks about your health so we can check the treatment is safe and suitable for you. Your answers are encrypted, seen only by Annel, and deleted after three years.

Please tell your technician if anything changes between filling in the form and your appointment — new medication, pregnancy, or a new allergy.

Some treatments need a patch test beforehand. We will tell you when you book if yours does.

Brow treatments are priced at consultation, so we confirm your price with you before any deposit is due.
