Returns policy

• The hair must be in its original packaging and in a presentable, unused and good condition.
• Refunds do not apply to items on sale or clearance.
• If your return does not meet the above requirements, a 20% deduction will be made to cover administrative costs.
• After we receive the returned hair, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.
